Site Supervisor - Cambridge Family Health Center Full Time Cambridge Family Health Center, Las Vegas, NV, US Nevada Health Centers is looking for a detail oriented Site Supervisor that provides excellent customer service. This position is full-time and is located in Las Vegas, NV.
Position Summary: The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations at each assigned site to ensure that patient care activities are supported and assure; quality of care, efficiency, customer service and associate engagement are consistently maintained at a high level. The Site Supervisor supports a focus on continuous improvement of quality and patient care. The Site Supervisor supports the Practice Manager through collaborating with staff and providers to meet standards, and organizational objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supports clinic team members to provide excellentservice Follows, monitors, knows and holds others accountable to administrative policy andprocedures Partners with practice manager to solicit, record, review, and implement suggestions for improving clinic procedures utilizing establishedprocesses Organizes and conducts staff meetings and huddles in support of, and in collaboration with, the practicemanager Supports the practice manager in managing financial statements and measures including profit and loss. Reviews and guides productivity to ensure service meets established expectations. Establish appointment schedule. Maintains smooth patientflow Oversees walk in and triage process. Supports manager in ensuring MSDS sheets for all chemicals utilized or located in the clinic are maintained in the clinic MSDS book or collaborates with facilities to ensure these are updated at an organizational level appropriately. Supports manager with employee adherence to safety standards and education about MSDS and hazardousmaterials Supports timely completion of end of day, month, quarter, year, processes asappropriate Maintains, monitors and accounts for petty cash and change fund ifapplicable. Ensures safety of all staff andcustomers Ensuresallequipmentinfacilityisaccountedforandisinproperworkingcondition (medical, technical and officeequipment) Coordinates with providers to maximize productivity andefficiency Ensure and monitor HIPAA compliance and patientconfidentiality Ensure proper computer policy and procedures arefollowed Meets with employees regularly to discuss knowledge, skills, proficiency and compliancewith standards Completes employee evaluations and disciplinary action in accordance with NVHC policy andprocedure Creates a positive work environment and handlesgrievances Interviews and hires ‘A’ talent employees in accordance with organizationalprocedures. Schedulespersonnelandcoordinatesearnedtimeoff(ETO)andcoverageforclinicand programstaff Monitorsworkedhours and timecard approvalofemployeesandoverseesschedulingtomaximizeproductivitywhile managingovertime Conducts/coordinates employee and volunteer training asneeded Collaborates with ancillary teams and management for oversight of ancillary staff on-site Assists practice manager and billing and coding leadership in insuring staff follows correct billingpractices Always ensures cleanliness of work environment Ensures compliance with HRSA Requirements for Federally Qualified Health Centers, HIPAA, OSHA & other regulatory agencies, keeping abreast of new developmentswith all health care relatedagencies
Required Qualifications: Associate degree or professional degree in a healthcare related field 2 years’ experience in a healthcare environment BLS/CPR certificate
Preferred Qualifications: Two years’ experience providing leadership/supervision in a medical practice environment highly preferred Knowledge of clinical policies and procedures, standards and regulations Knowledge of administrative functions of a medical clinic Familiarity with EHR and performing data analysis and reporting Ability to lead others and exercise sound independent judgement in appraising situations and making decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate via written and verbal communication Equal Opportunity Statement Nevada Health Centers will provide equal opportunity employment to all employees and applicants for employment.
