We are looking for experienced NYC DOB Gas Qualified Plumbing Mechanics. Ideal candidate will have NYC DOB 16-Hour Limited Gas Work Certification or Full Gas Work Certification. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to:- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.- Follow building plans, blueprints, and rough drawings.- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.- Safely use hand and power tools.- Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.- Complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
