Of Counsel/ Junior Partner

The ideal candidate will have: 8+ years of employment litigation experience, including strong exposure to wage & hour matters and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution. Experience with FEHA claims and advising employers on compliance is highly valued. Candidates with a mix of plaintiff and defense experience are encouraged to apply; prior billing experience is a plus. A portable book is not required, though certainly welcomed. Active licensure in California is required. This role offers flexibility with a fully remote option anywhere in the U.S., along with meaningful client interaction and the opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated, high-impact matters.
