Senior Renewable Energy Finance Counsel

Navitas Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced attorney to support a market-leading Solar/Battery IPP in the United States. The role focuses on formulating term sheets, tax equity negotiations and tax credit monetization strategies, with emphasis on project finance and M&A. The attorney will oversee transaction contracts, work with finance and asset management teams, and advise on negotiated agreements while coordinating with outside counsel as needed.
