Provides administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day processes and a positive experience for employees, managers, applicants, and internal partners. Coordinates schedules, documentation, communications, data entry, recordkeeping, and other administrative activities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-through. Serves as a reliable resource for routine inquiries, supports department workflows, and helps ensure administrative processes are organized, compliant, and completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as a resource for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
Coordinates weekly HR orientations.
Greets department visitors and answers calls.
Provides quality administrative support.
Maintains and enhances professional skills.
Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum two years progressive administrative support experience.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
Ability to manage time well, meet deadlines and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and follow-through.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-starter.
Ability to deal with personal and confidential information in a professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
