Intake Financial Presentation Operator Our client, a Global Investment Banking firm located in midtown Manhattan, is seeking an Intake Financial Presentation Operator to work remotely on a rotational schedule. The position includes on-site training for two weeks followed by remote work. Job duties include using advanced knowledge to complete complex work requests, applying creativity in design and layout elements, ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and quality of delivery, and exemplifying professional expectations when dealing with client requests. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries and complaints, working closely with the Account Manager, and communicating regularly on issues affecting capacity, response time, and technical issues. Job qualifications include comfort in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment, exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, the ability to take initiative, make decisions effectively, and possess excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
