Flight Operations Training Designer

Southwest Airways in Indianapolis is seeking a Flight Operations trainer to design and expand training programs for online, facilitator-led, and hybrid formats. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or GED, deep knowledge of curriculum design, and the ability to collaborate with the AQP office and Flight Ops to meet deadlines.
