Apply for this role →To support an expanding oncology research initiative, the remote contract Epic Beacon and Willow Oncology Research Analyst will design, configure, and maintain adult oncology treatment protocols and investigational medications within Epic systems while managing project timelines and ensuring compliance with clinical operations.
Key responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain adult oncology treatment protocols and research medications within Epic Beacon and Willow Inpatient systems
Track research build requests, manage project timelines, and present status updates during committee meetings
Conduct Quality Assurance reviews on research builds, including validation, integrated testing, and change control proceduresRequired qualificationsValid RPh or PharmD in any U.S. jurisdiction
Active certification in both Epic Beacon and Epic Willow Inpatient
Proven experience building and deploying oncology research protocols in an Epic health system environment
Direct build experience in adult oncology workflows
Ability to maintain core working hours aligned with EST
