Receiving Team Lead

Pay: $19.20/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PMPosition OverviewTA Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Receiving Team Lead to oversee daily receiving operations and help ensure materials are received, inspected, organized, and processed accurately. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily receiving activities and warehouse personnel. Oversee the unloading, receiving, inspection, and organization of incoming materials. Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation. Ensure inventory is accurately received and entered into the appropriate system. Train, coach, and provide direction to receiving team members. Monitor workflow and ensure receiving goals and deadlines are met. Identify and resolve discrepancies, damaged materials, and receiving issues. Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records. Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, inventory, and management teams. Ensure proper warehouse organization and material placement. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with forklift and material-handling operations as needed.

Qualifications: Previous warehouse or receiving experience required. Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and inventory system experience. Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documentation. Forklift experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.#ZR
