Warehouse Cushion Cleaning Associate

Pay: $18.00/hour Location: Columbus, OH 43214 Start Date: October 1, 2026 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week Employment Type: Temporary with potential Temp-to-Hire Assignment: October 2026-May 2027 Training: Provided - no prior experience required What You'll DoProfessionally clean outdoor furniture cushions according to company procedures. Prepare cushions for proper storage. Bag and package cleaned cushions to protect them during storage. Organize and store cushions in designated warehouse areas. Safely handle cushions of various sizes and weights, including larger cushions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow cleaning, handling, and storage procedures. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

What We're Looking For: No previous experience required - training provided! Dependable and punctual. Able to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to detail. Takes pride in doing quality work. Comfortable working independently after training. Able to work well with a team. Professional and appropriate workplace appearance. Able to communicate effectively in English to understand training, safety procedures, and work instructions.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Ability to safely maneuver larger cushions and other materials. Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday.
