Melt Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day melt shop operations. Supervise, develop, and motivate production personnel. Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency standards are maintained. Monitor production performance and address operational issues as they arise. Work closely with maintenance, quality, engineering, and other departments. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce downtime, and increase productivity. Maintain a strong presence on the production floor and provide hands-on leadership. Ensure procedures, policies, and company standards are followed.

Qualifications: Previous leadership experience in a melt shop, steelmaking, foundry, or heavy manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes. Proven ability to lead and develop a team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Safety-focused with a hands-on approach to operations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
