Heavy Civil Construction Recruiter Field & Project Roles

RemX is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support a heavy civil construction contractor. You will recruit field and project personnel for earthwork, utilities, demolition, and site development projects, building a strong pipeline of skilled construction talent. You will source a wide range of roles, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and collaborate with project managers to forecast hiring needs, while contributing to overall retention and workforce planning initiatives.
