The Co-Artisan role is designed for licensed beauty professionals who already have some salon experience and are ready to take their skills and career to the next level. You’ll work one-on-one with a Master Artisan/Mentor to refine your craft through hands-on coaching, real experience and advanced education. As you grow, you’ll begin taking your own clients one or two days each week — giving you a supported launch onto the floor and time to build your clientele before transitioning fully into your role as a Hair Artisan. It’s how knowledge gets shared, confidence gets built and everyone keeps moving forward.
