Payments Operations Analyst

Key responsibilities: Run day-to-day payment operations, including weekly payment cycles and accuracy controls Serve as a point of contact for external payment partners, addressing file delivery and issue resolution Analyze and resolve payment questions and issues raised by clients, members, and internal teamsRequired qualifications 1-4 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a similar role, preferably in payments or healthcare operations Experience working with external partners or vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial data in Excel/Google Sheets Familiarity with file-based integrations, such as SFTP or encryption, is a plus A proactive communication style and a high ownership mentality in operational work
