Apply for this role →Supporting the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, the full-time remote Pharmacy Quality Assurance Technician will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of quality event documentation across pharmacy locations.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure timely entry of all quality events in accordance with defined QAPI reporting timelines
Review quality event submissions for proper classification, completeness, and adherence to defined QAPI standards
Monitor and follow up on missing, delayed, or incomplete quality event entries
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Prior pharmacy technician or healthcare operations experience, minimum two (2) years
Pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or xCPT)
Strong computer skills and knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while effectively meeting deadlines
