Description: Interlinked Recruitment is partnering with a well-funded Series B conversational AI company to hire a Senior Software Engineer. They build LLM-powered voice agents that handle millions of customer calls a month for Fortune 500 companies. AI is the core product, not a feature, and it has been running in production with enterprise customers for years. The engineering team is small, senior, and lean by design. Engineers own multiple initiatives, work close to customer outcomes, and operate with a fail-fast, entrepreneurial mindset.

What You'll Do: Build and ship full-stack features for LLM-powered voice and chat products Integrate speech recognition, text-to-speech, and conversational AI model improvements into production systems Optimize and debug real-time production systems, balancing latency, cost, and user experience at enterprise scale Work across core product and forward-deployed engineering teams to help win deals and scale the platform Collaborate closely with product and ML teams in a fast-moving startup environment Requirements 5–8 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer Strong proficiency in Python or Type Script (required)Hands-on experience building with LLMs, such as multi-turn agents, prompt engineering, or Lang Chain. Theoretical knowledge alone is not enough.
