Senior Roadway Design Engineer – TDOT Mobility

Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design, engineering and consultancy, seeks a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to join our Tennessee Mobility team in Nashville, Chattanooga, or Knoxville. You will work on road infrastructure projects—from intersections to interstates—and mentor junior staff while aligning with TDOT and other agencies. The Mobility team tackles challenging highway design tasks and requires strong leadership, client coordination, and rigorous QA/QC.
