Job Description:
LMFT, LCSW, LPC needed in Mclean, VA. Be a part of a company that holds themselves to the highest standard in upholding the ethics of mental healthcare. Mclean is in close proximity to DC with plenty to explore on your off days. Details:
- Permanent, full-time
- Inpatient caseload, low acuity8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. 2 Saturdays per month for group counselling (Monday's off when Saturdays work)
- Patient volume: variable, 8 to 10 patients and associated families
- Carry a caseload of families designated as the point of contact for the family.
- Facilitate individual family and group therapies within the framework the counseling model
- Facilitate new parent orientations
- Coordinate Clinical Director program scheduling and coordinating services for the clinical program.
- Attend weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision

Qualifications:
- LMFT, LCSW, LPC certified
- Valid Virginia license
- Experience in providing family therapy with adolescents and parents
Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, sociology, or psychology.
