As a Recovery Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping consumers find solutions to outstanding accounts while supporting our clients with integrity and professionalism. What You'll Do: Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with consumers about their accounts. Listen carefully, understand consumer needs, and work together to create solutions. Negotiate and set up payment arrangements using our proven tools and resources. Update account information accurately and thoroughly. Follow compliance standards (we'll train you!) to ensure respectful, ethical interactions. Partner with your team and escalate calls when necessary. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment preferred.
