Balfour Beatty Investments in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning to lead our U.S. talent acquisition team. This role may be remote but resides within an operating state. The Vice President leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies, partnering with executives to build pipelines, drive data-informed decisions, and ensure compliant, high-quality recruiting and planning across the
