No C2C.We are seeking an experienced Test Data & Data Migration Specialist to drive data migration execution, mock data creation, and target-to-source reconciliation in support of end-to-end testing. In this role, you will bridge the gap between core database operations and quality engineering by generating high-volume, production-like test datasets for lab environments and establishing continuous synchronization processes between source and target systems. You will work closely with internal testing squads, core data engineering teams, and third-party partners to ensure robust data fidelity, proper end-to-end workflow understanding, and rapid validation of test results. Key Responsibilities1. Test Data Management (TDM) & Lab Support Design, create, and maintain large-volume, high-fidelity mock datasets tailored for complex lab and integrated testing environments. Implement masking, synthetic data generation, and subsetting strategies to ensure data compliance while maintaining relational integrity. Provide dedicated data provisioning support across multi-tiered testing cycles (Integration, Performance, UAT, and Regression).2. Data Migration, Reconciliation & Synchronization Execute end-to-end data migration activities from source systems to Oracle target environments, primarily utilizing AWS cloud services and S3 storage. Build and maintain target-to-source data reconciliation frameworks to validate migration accuracy, completeness, and schema consistency. Establish and operate a continuous reconciliation process to keep legacy source and target environments in sync throughout the testing lifecycle. Manage daily change communications, tracking ongoing schema updates, data fixes, and structural changes across teams.3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Workflow Expertise Act as the primary Data Coordinator across internal test execution teams, database administrators, and external partner organizations. Reconciliation & Auditing: Solid background creating automated data verification scripts/jobs for row-count matching, field-level reconciliation, and delta tracking. Soft Skills & Competencies Workflow & Process Mastery: Ability to quickly master complex enterprise workflows and map technical dataflows to business processes. Collaboration & Communication: Outstanding communication skills to align multiple testing teams, external partners, and vendors around daily data updates. Problem-Solving & Analytical Rigor: Deep detail orientation when hunting down data discrepancies between legacy and modern target systems.
