Fiber Network Development Lead: Strategic Routes & Deals

Meta's Network Investments team is seeking a Network Development Manager to own the commercial development and delivery of fiber capacity across North America. You will lead provider engagements, route development, and end-to-end negotiations to ensure delivery outcomes. Collaborating with Planning, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, and Data Center teams, you will mitigate risk, mentor junior staff, and shape multi-year capacity strategy while ensuring data integrity across internal tools.
