Solar Design Manager - Client-Facing Engineering Lead

CalSolar is seeking a Design Manager to lead the design and engineering execution of commercial solar PV and battery energy storage projects across California. You will manage a portfolio of projects, mentor Designers and Drafters, and serve as the primary coordination point with developers, architects, engineers of record, utilities, and project owners. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will ensure designs are sound, code-compliant, and delivered on schedule while maintaining strong
