Senior Project Manager Commercial FlooringA leading commercial floorcovering company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive profitable growth through strong client relationshipsand expert project execution. This role combines business development and high-level projectmanagement. The ideal candidate brings an established book of business($3M+ annually), strong industry relationships, and experience managinglarge-scale commercial flooring projects from award through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple commercial flooring projects from award to closeout Maintain and grow key client accounts Generate $35M in annual revenue through new and existing relationships Oversee bids, pricing, budgets, and profitability Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong client communication
Qualifications:
