Compensation: Year 1 OTE: $120,000 ($75,000-$80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission)

The Role:
- We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sponsorship Sales professional to help grow our portfolio of industry-leading events.
- This isn’t a traditional transactional sales role. You’ll build relationships and meet with senior decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and develop tailored sponsorship solutions that help them achieve measurable results.
- From prospecting and developing new opportunities to closing deals and supporting clients onsite, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.

- You’ll work directly with SVPs, C-level executives, and senior industry leaders, using research and consultative selling to understand what matters most to their businesses.

- Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with sponsors and become a trusted advisor throughout their event journey.
- Solve Business Challenges: Understand client pain points and create sponsorship solutions designed around their strategic goals.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage opportunities from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and account growth.
- Drive Revenue: Build and manage your pipeline while using CRM tools to track activity, forecast results, and exceed targets.
- Deliver Results Onsite: Travel to events to support sponsors, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
What You Bring to the Table:
You’re a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and competing to win.
You have:2–5 years of sponsorship sales experience within corporate events (preferred) .A proven track record in prospecting, relationship development, and consultative selling.
Confidence communicating with senior executives and C-level decision-makers.
A results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM systems and KPIs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
The drive and resilience to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
