Rail Operations & Programs Executive Deputy Director

OCTA seeks a Deputy Managing Director – Operations to provide executive leadership for the LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency, overseeing operational, programmatic, and service delivery activities that support Pacific Surfliner service and corridor mobility. You will lead cross‑functional coordination with Operations, Capital Programs, Planning, Finance and Marketing, partner with host railroads and regulators, and coach staff toward a safe, reliable, customer‑focused rail experience.
