Fulfillment Supervisor

Fulfillment Supervisor The Fulfillment Supervisor will supervise order entry, administration, and shipping processes of fulfillment team. This role will ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with AIT's policies and procedures. Additionally, the Fulfillment Supervisor will create shift schedule to include, workstation assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. Responsibilities include supervising the process of fulfillment of orders by managing the receipt, keying, and processing of orders or changes and determining departmental budgets and costs. The Fulfillment Supervisor will organize customer product labeling/fulfillment requests and create proper cost model. They will work with other internal departments to make sure orders are filled according to agreed time lines and coordinate customer roll outs with the Operations Manager. They will also work closely with customers and internal team on 3PL Central WMS software & report development. The role involves assisting in escalation request, researching, and addressing issues with employees. The Fulfillment Supervisor will manage and assign work schedules, monitor overtime and time off request to assure department coverage based on business needs. They will assign quarterly and annually goals and monitor employee's goals progress. They will track product expiration dates with picture evidence to expand quality control capabilities and perform other duties as assigned. They must comply with all policies and standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, 3+ years experience in fulfillment and warehouse operations, 1+ years experience in domestic, international and cartage freight forwarding warehousing services. Knowledge, skills, and abilities include applying fundamental concepts and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A forklift certification is required.
