Real Estate Attorney

The Opportunity: 7 to 15 years of transactional real estate experience 1,600 to 1,800 billable hours Direct client interaction and increasing ownership of matters Opportunity to work closely with a small, collaborative team

Responsibilities: Handle acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing, joint ventures, and related matters Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, development agreements, and other transactional documents Advise clients on transactions and business objectives Support partners while taking increasing ownership of client relationships and matters Assist with M&A, entity formation, and general corporate matters as needed
