Head of People Partners & HR Strategy (Hybrid)

Achievement First seeks a Managing Director of People Partners to drive HR strategy across NY, CT & RI. You will partner with school and network leaders, lead HR generalist work, and oversee a team delivering equitable people practices across the network. You will advise on workforce design, change management, and data-driven HR initiatives, partnering with CPO and legal to ensure compliant, high‑quality staff experiences.
