PeopleSoft HCM Technical Benefits Consultant

Soft HCM Benefits: Must have knowledge on Benefit configuration on Eligibility rules, Event rules, Benefit Plans, Benefit Rates, Calculation rules, coverage formula and Benefit Program. Must have experience on eBenefits, Life/Job events and eBenefits customization. Experience providing support during Annual Enrollment and handling outbound interface to Benefit Providers is required. Having functional knowledge on various benefit plans for the North American region is a must, especially US.Should have hands‑on experience in at least two Benefits implementation projects for the NA region. Should have hands‑on experience with SQR, Peoplecode, AE, CI, file layout and App package. Should have experience handling clients independently and must have good communication skills.
