Development Director - Southeast Industrial Projects

Prologis, Inc. seeks a Director of Development for Southeast Markets (Atlanta, Savannah, Raleigh, Charlotte) to oversee land and building development, entitlements, design, permitting, and construction for speculative and customer‑specific industrial facilities. You will manage budgets, risks, and schedules, lead a team of consultants, coordinate with Investment Officers on acquisitions, and drive approvals while delivering high‑quality projects on time.
