DOEPosition Summary:
Leads, plans, and directs all Behavioral Health (BH) programs within WCHS.Oversees mental health and substance use services in alignment with organizational policies and community needs. Provides administrative leadership in budgeting, staffing, compliance, and reporting. Ensures high quality clinical supervision and development of BH staff. Delivers outpatient and outreach behavioral health services as needed. Applies professional judgment to ensure effective, culturally competent care.
