Pay Rate: $64.00/hr W2 | $72.00/hr C2CApplication Deadline: Oct 20 2026SKILLS REQUIREDPrimary (Must-Have):• Crunch Time Implementation & Configuration | Strong hands-on SME experience across Menu Management, Recipe Management, Food Cost, Inventory, and Supply Chain• QSR Back-of-House (BOH) Operations | Solid operational understanding of Quick Service Restaurant workflows and business processes• Technical Integration | Strong data, API, and system integration understanding for POS, ERP, and downstream systems Secondary (Good to Have):• Stibo / MDM Experience | Multi-country QSR operational experience• Independent Problem Solving | Proven ability to diagnose data flows, interfaces, and synchronization issues autonomouslyPOSITION OVERVIEWReporting to technology leadership within the restaurant systems department, this position serves as the lead techno-functional expert to assess, optimize, and stabilize enterprise Crunch Time environments. The incumbent will evaluate back-of-house configurations, identify food-cost leakage and integration gaps, and build a strategic transformation roadmap for QSR operations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assess current Crunch Time configuration, processes, maturity, and food-cost setup across menu, recipe, ingredient, and inventory modules• Analyze and troubleshoot integrations, data flows, interfaces, and synchronization issues across Crunch Time, POS, ERP, and suppliers• Identify data-quality gaps, leakage points, and recommend immediate quick wins alongside stabilization actions• Define robust menu and recipe data governance to support future-state alignment with a Stibo/MDM-centric architecture• Build and present a prioritized remediation and transformation roadmap to executive and operational stakeholdersBENEFITSMedical | Dental | Vision | 401(k)EEOC Compliance: We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
