Join OPB's SW Washington coast event assistant team!

Responsibilities: Greet and engage with guests Take tickets and/or check guest lists Invite guests to fill out our form and/or enter our raffle drawings Assist with set up/tear down Qualifications: Reliable and dependable Friendly and welcoming Comfortable in a variety of social situations and like talking to lots of different people Flexible, think well on your feet, and perform well in stressful environments Willingness to communicate with OPB staff via email and in person Commitment: We expect there may be approximately 1 - 3 annual event opportunities in the area Volunteer shifts for special events are typically 3 - 5 hours long Training/Resources Provided: Training provided by Audience Development staff Audience Development and/or OPB staff available onsite at events to answer questions and troubleshoot issues Ongoing support in the form of updates and training, as needed Schedule: The times and locations of these events vary Sign up!
