We build and execute campaigns that break category molds and drive measurable results. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional Paid Media services to our clients across a range of industries. We partner with exciting brands such as Dagne Dover, Modern Citizen, Bandit Running, and many others. We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist to lead day-to-day campaign execution and serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts. You’ll own media planning, buying, optimization, and performance analysis - primarily across paid social channels with additional exposure to paid search. This is a strategic + executional role for someone who’s passionate about performance, creative testing, and owning results end-to-end.
About the Role:
The Sr. Manager of Paid Media will be responsible for creating and driving cutting-edge strategy across our portfolio. You’ll serve as a thought partner with our clients and a mentor with our team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Paid Media strategies that align with client goals and objectives Oversee the execution of Paid Media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik Tok, and other channels Serve as a thought leader with our clients and provide readouts on performance on a weekly basis Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives Optimize campaigns to ensure achievement of client KPIsMonitor industry trends and innovations to ensure our Paid Media offerings remain cutting-edge and effective Suggest and support leadership in coming up with and implementing internal and external processes within the organization
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Paid Media, with a focus on performance marketing Proven track record of developing and executing successful Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders Experience working with a variety of industries and clients, DTC-focused companies a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
