The ideal candidate will have strong experience diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal, neurological, and spine-related pain conditions with a focus on interventional procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform interventional pain procedures including:o Epidural Steroid Injectionso Medial Branch Blockso Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)o Spinal Cord Stimulator Trialso SI Joint Injectionso Percutaneous Discectomy
- Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in PM&R
- Fellowship trained in Pain Management
- Strong procedural/interventional experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
