Apply for this role →To support a growing virtual care team, the part-time hourly Compact State Licensed Nurse will prepare Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) charts, assist providers during patient visits, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive AWV charts and summarize patient histories during virtual visits
Maintain accurate and timely patient records while adhering to compliance standards
Utilize electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms effectively to support patient care
Required qualifications:
Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in a compact state
3+ years of clinical nursing experience in relevant settings
Proven experience in a fast-paced virtual or telehealth clinic environment
Proficient with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
Dedicated home workspace suitable for confidential patient interactions
