Collaborative BCBA

We’re growing and looking for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with a strong clinical team while supporting cases in person alongside our remote BCBAs. This role is designed to provide in-person clinical support for cases that are primarily overseen by remote BCBAs. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure high-quality services for our clients while helping technicians and families feel supported on the ground. What the role looks like Provide in-person clinical support for cases overseen by remote BCBAs Conduct monthly in-person client check-ins Collaborate with remote BCBAs to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively Provide modeling and coaching for technicians when needed Support families and maintain strong relationships with caregivers Assist with assessments or treatment plan updates when appropriate Help maintain strong clinical standards across services
