The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, greeting prospects, presenting professionally the features and benefits of the community, securing lease agreements, qualifying new residents, and other tasks assigned by the Community Manager or the Regional Manager. The candidate must have the ability to work an occasional Saturday.Base Hourly Rate: $18/hr to $21/hr based on experience
