Rollform Operator

Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain roll forming machines. Process large coils of metal into car frames and bumpers. Ensure production of quality parts adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshoot machinery as needed. Essential Skills High School Diploma or GED.Experience in machine operation. Ability to repeatedly lift 30-50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Basic computer skills. Troubleshooting knowledge is a plus. We offer a path to direct hire after 3 months for those who excel, with opportunities for promotion from within. Employees enjoy quarterly bonuses once hired directly.

Work Environment: The role is based in a large manufacturing facility that is fairly clean, though it can get hot during the summer. The environment is more comfortable in the fall and winter. There are six different plants within a mile radius, and all required PPE must be worn at all times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Haven, MI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
