Remote Fertility Member Outreach & Education Specialist

Cofertility is a fully remote company transforming fertility and family-building journeys. We are seeking a Member Outreach Specialist to guide egg donors and intended parents through education, consent, and support across calls, video sessions, and email. Ideal candidates are empathetic communicators with 2–3 years in client-facing roles, comfortable with Zoom and Google Suite, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
