Strategic Finance Director, Heavy Industry Growth

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a BU Finance Director (Heavy Industrial) to lead the finance function and act as the primary finance business partner to the BU GM. The role spans financial reporting, FP&A, strategic finance and operations finance to support growth while maintaining strong controls. The successful candidate will own the BU P&L, develop financial models, supervise SOX controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights and drive margin expansion.
