City Finance Director - Strategic Budget and Governance

The City of Colonial Heights is seeking a highly professional Director of Finance to provide overall direction and leadership of the City's financial operations. The role directs Accounting, Payroll, Purchasing, Risk Management, Utility Billing, Real Estate Assessment, and Billing and Collections, and advises the City Manager on budget and financial matters. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of supervisory experience (Master's with 5+ years acceptable); CPA/CPFO desirable.
