Associate Director, Human Experience Strategy (HXS) About ENTRADAENTRADA is a Patient Experience Organization (PXO), the first of its kind built on a simple conviction: behind every healthcare experience is a human story, and better health outcomes begin when we see patients and caregivers as people first. For years, we’ve partnered with more than 100 life-sciences brands across 75+ product launches, transforming patient, caregiver, and HCP insight into strategies, brand experiences, and technologies that build trust at the moments that matter most. Our Human Experience Strategy (HXS)™ practice sits at the intersection of human-centered research, emotional intelligence, and brand and franchise strategy, all accelerating the path to market success for the brands we serve.
The Opportunity: We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced strategist to join and elevate ENTRADA’s Human Experience Strategy practice. This is not a support role, and it is not a people-management position, it’s a senior, individual-contributor seat for someone who can walk into ambiguity, take ownership of a client’s hardest question, and drive it from insight to action without being told how. You’ll bring a point of view in addition to your know-how. If you’ve spent years supporting other people’s strategic work and are ready to own your own, this is that opportunity. If you’ve already been leading engagements and want a platform with more scope, more visibility, and a real hand in shaping a growing practice, this is the position for you. What You’ll Own
  • Lead strategic workstreams for life-sciences clients across brand, franchise, patient experience, patient support, adherence, access, and launch readiness efforts
  • Translate a large volume of client-supplied market research and qualitative/quantitative data into sharp, defensible strategic insight and then apply that insight to the brand or franchise strategy at hand
  • Apply ENTRADA’s human-centered methodologies to surface the emotional, clinical, and practical moments that shape real health experiences
  • Design and lead client interviews, workshops, and brainstorms
  • Define visions, strategic imperatives, and strategic drivers and map the resulting strategic roadmaps
  • Own the development of visually sophisticated, executive-ready PowerPoint deliverables and strategic reports, from framework through to final polish
  • Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence and a clear point of view; build stakeholder trust that extends and deepens relationships over time
  • Partner closely with ENTRADA’s creative, experience, and technology teams
  • Contribute materially to business development, shaping scopes of work, proposals, and pitch narratives for new and existing clients
  • Help sharpen how ENTRADA tells its own story, contributing to website content, award submissions, and press materials related to our strategic services
  • Bring forward new ideas, frameworks, methodologies, points of view that push ENTRADA’s HXS practice forward, beyond what already exists. What You’ll Own, On a Timeline Within Your First 90 Days: You will have built fluency in ENTRADA’s HXS methodology and point of view, contributed meaningfully to client work, and established credibility as a strategic partner across the internal team. Within 6–12 Months: You will be independently leading defined workstreams, facilitating client working sessions, delivering polished strategic recommendations, and actively strengthening the HXS practice through new tools, frameworks, and high-quality client impact. What You Bring
  • >7 years in life sciences strategy consulting, healthcare communications strategy, pharmaceutical brand planning, or comparable strategy-consulting experience
  • A demonstrated record of leading client-facing strategic work; experience in specialty care and rare disease markets is a strong plus.
  • Strong strategic instincts - You understand a client’s business well enough to connect commercial challenges to human-centered solutions, and you can defend your thinking under pressure.
  • Fluency in qualitative and quantitative market research, with the judgment to know which findings matter and why.
  • Mastery in delivery of visually compelling, insight-driven client presentations
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and comfort operating in front of senior client stakeholders; the presence to lead, motivate, and influence a room
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
  • A genuine passion for improving the patient experience and driving meaningful change in the life sciences industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree valued but not required
