Director of Finance

Our client, a VC backed hospitality technology company in NYC is hiring a Director of Finance reporting directly to the CFO. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on. The role owns the full accounting and finance function, including financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, controls, payroll oversight, and process improvements, while serving as a key partner to senior leadership. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, owning the finance function, and partnering closely with leadership as the company continues to scale. The position is hybrid 3x onsite in NYC and offers a competitive compensation package with bonus and equity.
