Principal Electrical Engineer - Lead PCB & Harness Design

Crystal Group is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and verification of electrical wiring and PCB assemblies, including cables, plugs, and connectors. The role requires mentoring staff, conducting peer reviews, and guiding mid-size project groups on high-reliability products. You will translate requirements into schematics and layouts, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive testing and continuous improvement in a rugged, on-site environment.
