Remote Consumer Finance Litigation Associate

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Consumer Finance Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our Financial Services & Capital Markets team across offices or the virtual office, The Link. The ideal candidate will defend financial services clients in state and federal courts, master FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA and related statutes, and handle mortgage servicing and foreclosure-related matters. A valid bar license in the applicable state is required or anticipated.
