Ria Money Transfer, based in Colorado, seeks an experienced attorney to lead contract negotiations for a broad range of commercial agreements within the money transfer division. You will provide commercial and regulatory legal advice to multiple business groups, including Product, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Marketing. You will draft complex financial services and SaaS agreements, NDAs, and consumer terms, while supporting expansion into new geographies and managing risk for internal
