About the Role:
This trainee role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, relationship-driven, and eager to learn all aspects of the commercial sales process. You'll receive hands-on experience in sales operations, customer engagement, quoting, and account development, while being mentored by experienced professionals in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow senior sales professionals to understand the complete sales cycle
- Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients
- Support customer appointments, vehicle walk-throughs, and test drives
- Gain a working knowledge of inventory, specifications, pricing structures, and financing options
- Use dealership CRM and other sales systems (training provided)
- Provide responsive and professional communication with new and existing customers
- Participate in team sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and training sessions

- Strong interest in commercial sales and customer relationship building
- Professional, dependable, and eager to grow
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-moving environment
- Previous customer service or sales-related experience preferred
