The Role:
Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters including general liability, premises and products liability Act as day to day point of contact for insurer and corporate clients on assigned files Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and prepare detailed coverage and liability analyses Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings and conferences, and support trial preparation as needed Collaborate closely with partners on strategy while taking substantive ownership of files appropriate to experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
